Standard

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved." You may then proceed to board the shuttle to Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Upon returning to the airport, proceed to the ground transportation area (outside of the baggage claim area) to board the shuttle. You will go to Ground Transportation .The shuttle location is Zone 9-13 for the Renaissance.

When you return to the hotel, show the valet attendant the ticket you pulled when you arrived, along with your SpotHero parking pass (either printed or on your mobile device). The attendant will give you a validation sticker, which you will attach to your ticket. 

Insert your validated ticket into the machine at the exit gate. If there are errors, please see a valet attendant. 

The gate will open and you'll be free to go! 

Atlanta Renaissance Concourse Airport Hotel - Uncovered Self Park

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

You may then proceed to the shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 mins between 4am to 2am daily.
PLEASE NOTE: The shuttle bus is only transported to the Domestic Terminal and not the International Terminal.

Upon arrival, please proceed to the pick up location at Ground Transportation. Please keep in mind the shuttle runs every 30 mins between 4am-2am. You may reach out to (404) 763-1600 for any additional shuttle questions. 

DoubleTree by Hilton ATL - Uncovered Self Park

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Pull a ticket when you enter. The cashier will direct you to your spot.

Shuttle service to ATL is available at no additional cost from this location daily, and it will pick you up at your vehicle when you park. At this time you will receive information about how to arrange pickup for the shuttle back to the lot as well.


 
Upon DOMESTIC return follow the Ground Transportation signs to the west side of the Airport and look for the LN1 door (near the North Baggage claim and approximately where you were dropped off) and take the escalator down one level, exit the building and the buses will be staged to the left. Look for the Green Peachy Shuttle bus marked INDOOR BUS. The Peachy Shuttle buses run 24 hours per day. You may also text for pick-up direct to the dispatcher at (678) 400-2544. Please include your last name and number in your party. 
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. Shuttle buses run to and from the International Terminal every 20 minutes on the hour, 24 hours per day. Pick up will be on the lower level at the Orange 2 “Park-Ride Shuttle” sign. You may also text for pick-up direct to the dispatcher at (678) 400-2544. Please include your last name and number in your party.

Once the shuttle brings you back to the lot, display the ticket you pulled upon entry and your SpotHero Parking Pass to the attendant. You're free to go!
