After claiming your luggage, proceed to the North Terminal door LN1. Take the escalator downstairs, make a left turn towards the double doors to the designated area Labeled Off-Airport Shuttles. If you are returning between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, call 404-761-0364 for pick-up.

The Parking Spot shuttle will bring you to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit.

Follow the signs for the covered self-park lot.

The shuttle will meet you at your space, assist you with your luggage, and provide you with a boarding card indicating your row and space number.

Shuttle service is available at the domestic terminal only.
When arriving at the domestic terminal, take the escalator at Carousel #4 to the lower level, go left out Door LN1, and walk to the last &ldquo;Off-Airport Shuttles&rdquo; stanchion to catch the WallyPark shuttle. Upon Return: Text "SHUTTLE" to (678) 293-7255 for airport pickup. Due to construction at Hartsfield, please follow text directions for the most up-to-date pickup information.

When you are ready to leave, scan the QR code on your parking pass to exit the facility.  

The gate will open and you're free to go!

WallyPark ATL - Covered Self Park

Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass.

Follow the signs for the covered self-park lot.

The shuttle will meet you at your space, assist you with your luggage, and provide you with a boarding card indicating your row and space number.

Upon your arrival to ATL, collect your belongings at baggage claim and text "SHUTTLE" to 678-293-7255.

International Travelers: For expedited shuttle service, wait until you have cleared customs before texting for pickup. Proceed to the lower level arrival area and exit door A2.

When you arrive back at the facility, drive to the exit and scan your QR code. The gate will lift and you are free to go!

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.
