Proceed to the lower level arrival area and exit Door A2. Shuttles loop every 30 minutes at the bottom of the hour (ex: 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm, etc.) from 7:30am-11:30pm.

Upon your arrival to ATL, collect your belongings at baggage claim. Then proceed to the lower arrival area between A1 and A2 and call 404-763-9990 to request pick up. 

International Travelers: For expedited shuttle service, wait until you have cleared customs before texting for pickup. 

When you arrive back at the facility, drive to the exit and scan your QR code. The gate will lift and you are free to go!
