When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

<p>Self-parking is not available. Please proceed to the valet area and present your parking receipt for verification. The valet will issue a ticket and park your vehicle. Overnight parking is not permitted. Vehicles remaining past 10:00 PM will incur a $42 overnight parking charge.</p>

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Parker will need to pull a ticket from the entrance kiosk upon arrival by scanning their reservation QR code.

Please ensure that you do not park in any labeled reserve spot to avoid booting

To re-enter the building to go into the garage you will need to use the pedestrian door location on the Comal St. side and press on the intercom button near the door and security will let you inside.

Upon departure, they will scan their ticket at the kiosk.

The gate will open and you’re free to go!

When exiting, insert the ticket you pulled upon entry into the machine. Then scan your SpotHero barcode on your SpotHero confirmation.
