A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

350 Longwood Ave. - Longwood Galleria Garage

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". 

See the cashier located inside the garage and across from the elevator to validate your ticket when you are ready to leave. A garage attendant is on site from 7 am to 11 pm on Saturday's and Sundays. After redeeming ticket, you will have to leave within 15 minutes to ensure the gate opens. 

86 Binney St. (333 Longwood Ave.) - Garage

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

Longwood Towers - Valet

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Park only in spot 64. The other spaces have different ownership and are not on Spothero. You still be towed.
