Standard

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

94 Pearl St. (225 Franklin St.) - Garage

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

115 Purchase St. (125 High St.) - Garage

When you arrive, please pull a ticket upon entry. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". When you return to the garage, enter from the door at 100 High St., and ring the bell if the door is locked. Security will allow you to enter the building and validate your parking if necessary.

<p>When you are ready to leave, please scan the ticket you pulled upon entry followed by SpotHero QR code.&nbsp; You will need to scan both tickets in order to exit. If you have any trouble, please press the help button or see building security at the front desk of the building. You're free to go!</p>

100 High St. - Garage

Night Rate - 3 Hours

 When exiting, scan your parking ticket at the box with the red flashing lights (top right corner).

International Place Garage - 55 Purchase St.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

Please get a ticket from the parking attendant. The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

10-15 minutes before you want to leave, call the valet office at 617-330-9085 to have your car retrieved. When you get there, show the valet your ticket and you will get your car.

21 Well St. (80 Broad St.) - Folio Boston - Valet Garage

When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival.

If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now.

The valet will retrieve your car and you're free to go!
