- If no attendant is in the garage office, please take the elevator to the building lobby (Mon-Fri 8:30pm - 8:30am and weekends) and give the SpotHero Confirmation to the Security staff. The Security Staff will give you a validated ticket.
- The door/gate may be down (especially in cold weather) but it will open automatically if you drive up to it. Please remember to pull a ticket upon entry. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Enter this location on 100 High Street. Enter this location at 100 High St. in the heart of Boston's Financial District. This is a LAZ Parking garage located on the northwest/left-hand side of High St. (a one-way street) between Federal St. and Congress St. Look for the circular, blue and gray "P" sign above the entrance to the garage.
- When you arrive, please pull a ticket upon entry. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". When you return to the garage, enter from the door at 100 High St., and ring the bell if the door is locked. Security will allow you to enter the building and validate your parking if necessary.
When you are ready to leave, please scan the ticket you pulled upon entry followed by SpotHero QR code. You will need to scan both tickets in order to exit. If you have any trouble, please press the help button or see building security at the front desk of the building. You're free to go!
