The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

When you're ready to go, head to the pay station inside the garage lobby on the same level as valet attendants. Once at pay station, Scan Valet Ticket Barcode, next scan Spothero QR Code. A check mark will appear on screen once completed successfully and system alert staff to retrieve vehicle. If you entered before or after your reserved time the screen will prompt for payment by credit card only before your vehicle can be retrieved.
