Delaware Pl. Entrance: Enter this location at 175 E Delaware Pl. This is a LAZ Parking garage, attached to the 875 N Michigan Ave. building. From Michigan Ave, you can turn right onto Delaware Pl, just north of E Chestnut St. It is located on the south (right-hand) side of E Delaware Pl (a one-way street) between Michigan Ave and Miles van der Rohe Way.
All Patrons and guests will access the Helix ramp up to the parking facility.
Chestnut St. Entrance: Enter at 186 E Chestnut St. This is a LAZ Parking garage attached to the 875 N Michigan Ave building. The entrance is located on the north (right-hand) side of E Chestnut St (a one-way street) between Mies van der Rohe Way and N Michigan Ave. Turn into the first driveway you encounter on the north side of Chestnut after crossing over Mies Van Der Rohe Way. Please note: You are NOT able to turn onto Chestnut St from Michigan Ave.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.[License Plate recognition may apply to some vehicles and open prior to scanning.]
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
If you purchase the in/out rate, follow these instructions.
First Entry: Scan the QR code on your phone at the machine to receive a paper ticket. Please keep this ticket with you for the duration of your stay.
Exit: Insert your ticket into the machine. Once it is returned, remove the ticket - the gate will open automatically. Keep this ticket with you!
Re-Entry: Do not insert the ticket. Instead, hold the ticket barcode under the red scanner (located where the ticket is dispensed). The scanner will read the barcode and open the gate.
