Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed of on a mobile device. The Attendant may scan your Parking Pass.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan your QR Code at the reader on the left side of entrance gate, labelled "Online Parkers Scan Reservation Below". Hold the QR code about 2 inches below the reader and the gate will open. Please allow a 5-10 minute grace period after purchase before scanning in. 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the reader on the left side of exit gate, labelled "Online Parkers Scan Reservation Below".

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Insert your QR Code into the slot labelled "Bar Code Reader" on the bottom left-side of the entrance gate. Hold the QR code steady, use the "Assistance" button if you have any trouble scanning in. Please allow a 5-10 minute grace period after purchase before scanning in.

When exiting, DO NOT USE THE SELF-PAY KIOSK. Drive to the exit gate and insert your QR Code into the slot labelled "Bar Code Reader" on the bottom left-side of the entrance gate. Hold the QR code steady, use the "Assistance" button if you have any trouble scanning out.

516 North Rush Street - Shops at North Bridge

64 E Hubbard Street

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You must have this ticket to exit.

Insert the ticket you received upon arrival.

Lower St. Clair (201 E Illinois St.) - Lot

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
