NBC Tower Garage (Indoor) – 284 E. North Water St. Operated by Legacy Parking Entrance Address 284 E. North Water St. (Lower Level) Located on the north side of Lower E. North Water St., This INDOOR garage is directly across the street from their outdoor lot. Re‑Entry to the Garage Use the NBC Tower main entrance AT 455 N. Cityfront Plaza to get back into the garage. This entrance is open 24/7. Use the NBC Tower alternative entrance at 454 N. Columbus Ave, Mon- Fri from 7am to 6pm. This entrance is NOT open Sat-Sun The NBC facility is open 24/7. Driving Directions Starting from: • E. Illinois St. & McClurg Ct. OR • E. Grand Ave. & McClurg Ct. Travel south on McClurg Ct. Turn right (west) onto E. North Water St. Continue past New St., heading into the underground section of E. North Water St. Drive straight for approximately 2 blocks. The garage entrance will be on your right (north side). Look for the “NBC Tower Self Park” sign above the entrance.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You must have this ticket to exit.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
Insert the ticket your received when ready to exit.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
