<p>Arrive at the front of the hotel and see the front desk. Customers will be required to provide parking confirmation. Please allow 10&ndash;15 mins for this process.</p>

Park your vehicle in the garage as directed by the front desk.

The shuttle departs the hotel at the top and bottom of each hour (00 &amp; 30 minute mark).

<p>Upon return, pick up at Terminal 2, Door 2A on the lower level near baggage claim. The shuttle departs every 30 mins (15 and 45 minute mark). If you are at Terminal 5, please call 847-518-1234 for pick up. The shuttle does not come automatically to Terminal 5. Pick up for Terminal 5 is at Door 5E.</p>

Return to your vehicle, and you are all set!

Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare - Covered Self Park

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

A charge provided to the garage operator that includes all anticipated applicable taxes related to the provision of the garage operator's parking spot.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you are ready to head to the airport, you may use the hotel shuttle between 5am - 11pm.If outside of operation hours, you will need to call for a rideshare or taxi.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Westin O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

Upon arrival, please park in the 30 min. parking and visit the Front Desk to receive instructions on where to park.

Once parked, request a rideshare to the airport.This rate does not include the airport shuttle.

When arriving back to the airport, please gather your luggage and request a rideshare to the hotel.

Once you are ready to go, stop by the front desk to show your SpotHero parking pass and have the ticket pulled upon entry validated.

Once complete, insert your validated ticket at the gate to exit.

Sheraton Suites O'Hare - Covered Self Park (No Shuttle)

Upon arrival, please park in the 30 min. parking(See Photos) and visit the Front Desk to receive instructions on where to park.

Once parked where the front desk advises, request a rideshare to the airport.This rate does not include Airport Shuttle.

 Once you are ready to go, stop by the front desk to show your SpotHero parking pass and have the ticket pulled upon entry validated.

Once you have arrived at this facility, please park in the '30 Minute Parking' area.  Visit the front desk and present your SpotHero parking pass to the front desk associate. They will guide you where to park your vehicle. 
 

Park your vehicle and gather your luggage. Prepare to board the shuttle. Shuttles run on-demand and may take up to 20 minutes for arrival. 

When arriving back at the airport, please gather your luggage and contact the hotel for shuttle pick up. The hotel can be reached at 847-699-6300.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!
