Westin O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

You must park in a valid parking spot. Failing to do so, may result on your vehicle being towed, at your own expense.

Before you head to the airport, visit the hotel front desk and show the staff member your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device. You may then proceed to board the shuttle to O'Hare International Airport (ORD).

When you return to ORD, follow the signs from baggage claim towards the hallway that leads to the CTA. Go to the Hotel, Bus &amp; Shuttle Center, which is marked with a red sign, to access the return shuttle. Shuttle can only pick up at Terminal 2, Door 2C (Lowest Level.) Shuttle pick up is on a continuous rotation, not on call.

When you return to the hotel, you can go directly to your vehicle and scan the QR code you used to enter, to exit the lot.

Chicago Marriott Suites O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

0-14 Hours

When exiting, scan the ticket where it says "scan ticket below", then scan your SpotHero QR code at the same spot.

Rosemont Blue Line - Uncovered Self Park

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Arrive at front of the hotel and see the front desk. Customers will have to fill out paperwork with their car information, please have your license plate number. Please allow 10-15 mins for this process.

Park your vehicle in the garage as directed by the front desk.

The shuttle departs the hotel at the top and bottom of each hour (00 &amp; 30 minute mark).

Upon return, pick up at the Bus &amp; Shuttle Center, Door One every 30 mins (15 &amp; 45 minute mark).If you are at terminal 5, please call 847-518-1234 for pick up, shuttle does not come automatically to terminal 5.

Return to your vehicle, and you are all set!

Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare - Covered Self Park

Upon arrival, enter off of River Road, park in the 15-minute area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information. The front desk will validate your reservation and provide you with a parking tag and a parking pass. 

Once you have these items, please take your car to the back parking lot prior to taking the hotel shuttle. You will have to pull a ticket to enter the lot.  Please note: the parking tag provided by the front desk will need to display on your windshield. If the tag is not displayed or if you are not parked in the back lot, your car will be towed. 

Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour.
Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. The last pickup from the O’Hare airport is at 10pm. The shuttle pickup location for all flights is at the Terminal 2, Lower level, Door 2C.

From International Terminal please take O’Hare Airport Transit System (ATS) train Terminal #2, Lower Level, Door 2 C. Shuttle runs on schedule, twice per hour and there is no need to call hotel to schedule a pickup. The pickup time is typically at :20 minutes past the hour, unless there is a delay caused by weather and/or traffic conditions. When you return to the hotel, go to the hotel front desk and show the staff member your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
The attendant will validate your ticket and you're free to go! 

Crowne Plaza O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

Upon arrival, please park in the 30 min. parking(See Photos) and visit the Front Desk to receive instructions on where to park.

Once parked where the front desk advises, request a rideshare to the airport.This rate does not include Airport Shuttle.

When arriving back to the airport, please gather your luggage and request a rideshare to the hotel.

 Once you are ready to go, stop by the front desk to show your SpotHero parking pass and have the ticket pulled upon entry validated.

Once complete, insert your validated ticket at the gate to exit.
