When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to enter the facility using the scanner.

When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.

To open the garage door, please visit  <a href="http://www.vendgate.com/Parkers.aspx">http://www.vendgate.com/Parkers.aspx</a> to enter the Rental ID# from your parking pass and press "submit" to lift the garage door. PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation is good for one "Entry" ONLY. Do not lift the gate until you are ready to enter the garage, and do not engage VendGate after your first entry. You may also access VendGate through your mobile browser. Go to www.vendgate.com, select "Parkers" and enter the Rental ID#.

When you are ready to leave, drive to the exit gate, please visit  <a href="http://www.vendgate.com/Parkers.aspx">http://www.vendgate.com/Parkers.aspx</a> to enter the Rental ID# from your parking pass and press "submit" to lift the garage door. Please be sure to exit this facility before your reservation has expired.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.
