Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may park on the west side of the alley, under the EL. DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAY OR LOADING DOCK. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK FOR POSTED SIGNS BY YOUR SPOT BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE. &lt;b style='color:red;'&gt; Parking is only valid on the west side of the lot. Any vehicles parking on the east side will be subject to being towed. &lt;/b&gt;

24 E 16th St. - Under EL Zone 51825

You may park anywhere where you see a "Zone 51825" parking.com. Do NOT block any driveway or loading dock. Make sure your license plate number is accurate on your parking pass prior to parking, otherwise subject to being towed at your own expense.

25 E 16th St - Under EL Zone 51825

3 Hour Parking

You may park on the east side of the alley, under the EL. Do NOT block any driveway or loading dock. Look for the red and black signs labeled "Zone 51826"

25 E 18th St. - Under EL Zone 51826

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

<p>Scan your QR Code <strong>directly</strong> <strong>up close </strong>to the box reader and the gate will open.&nbsp;</p>

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
 
If you have an issue scanning, please press the call button and wait for assistance and do NOT pull a ticket. If you pull a ticket, you will be expected to pay for it upon exit.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
