Pull a ticket when you enter. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Look for Down Ramp into the parking structure. Park only in spaces with a RED "Airport and Visitor Parking" Sign. Please pull into the space only enough so that no other vehicle can park behind you. Take a photo to remember the section and floor parked on. 

Take elevator to the lobby level and wait for shuttle in front of building off of Century Blvd. at the sidewalk. Please keep driveways clear.

When you return to LAX, please stand at the curb under the red "Hotel &amp; Courtesy Shuttles" sign at Ground Transportation on the Upper/Departures Level. Call 310-641-0706 to let them know you've arrived and to get a return shuttle time estimate.

See cashier for ticket and reservation verification before exiting the facility.

Airport Spectrum LAX - Covered Self Park

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Standard

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The airport shuttle is located on the front drive of the hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation, please show the valet attendant your reservation.  After doing so, park your vehicle in any "non-reserved" parking spot and head over to the shuttle bus. 

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park your vehicle and for the short shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.   

When you return to LAX and pick up your luggage, please leave the baggage claim, turn right, and look for the red sign that reads 'Hotel Shuttles'. Look for a light blue shuttle that reads 'Servicing Crowne Plaza LAX and Spectrum Parking.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket, and your car will be retrieved.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation you may be asked to show the attendant on duty your reservation. Once you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 

Sonesta LAX - Uncovered Valet

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Please note: If you park in a tandem space, you may need to leave your keys with the attendant.

When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Please do not swipe a credit card to enter the facility, instead please scan your reservation.
Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions.

Proceed to find parking on the rooftop and park anywhere that is not marked as "reserved".

Take the elevator down to level 1 and follow the signs to the shuttle service waiting area on the west side of the parking garage.
Board the shuttle and head to the airport.

Upon your return to LAX - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Airport Center Parking guests is on the upper level (departures). Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing. Text "shuttle" to (310) 439-5277 for airport pickup.

When you return to the garage, simply leave when you are ready to go!

Airport Center LAX - Uncovered Rooftop Self Park

Wednesday Rate

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Go to the shuttle area to be picked up and taken to the airport.

When you return to LAX, please call (310) 642-1111 to arrange a return shuttle pickup.

Show the valet the ticket you received upon entry as well as your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device, The valet will retrieve your car, and you're free to go!

Sheraton Gateway Hotel LAX - Uncovered Valet

Show the valet your parking pass to receive a valet ticket. *Please KEEP YOUR TICKET. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes from the hotel entrance/valet area. Ask the front desk if you can't find the pick up point. It's a 10-20 min ride depending on traffic + which terminal you're headed to. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hotel # is the best point of contact 310-641-5700.

When returning, shuttles pick up on the upper level (departures) and guests should wait at the red hotel pick-up pylon sign. After you exit from the baggage area it will either be to the left or right depending on the terminal.

When returning visit the Valet Booth and present your SpotHero reservation ID and your parking ticket for validation. Once you are validated you are free to go.
