Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Park in front of the green reserved signs. Make sure to pull 100% forward and to the left or right, or you will be towed for blocking others.

745 Meridian Ave. - Spots 1-4

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

1437 Collins Ave. - Z Ocean Valet Garage

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Your reservation will be monitored by license plate, but for easiest redemption, you can write "SpotHero" along with your rental ID number on a slip of paper and place it on your dash.
