The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved"; remember what floor you parked on. 
Use the parking elevators to reach the ground floor to exit out to the street.

If returning after hours, use the intercom on the wall next to the lobby entrance on either Seventh Street or Eighth Street side.
Take the elevator down to the level you parked on.

If there is an attendant on duty, please show your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on your mobile device. This lot is staffed with an attendent Mon-Fri 6am-6pm.  If there is no attendant on duty, your reservation will be monitored by your license plate entered on SpotHero. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
