Standard

Please visit the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel lobby once you have arrived. You must check in with the front desk before parking. Show the front desk associate your SpotHero parking pass. You will receive a Parking Permit which you will need in order to exit, along with your SpotHero reservation number.

Gather your luggage and head over to the LGA shuttle. The shuttle is located outside the hotel lobby entrance.

Gather your belongings and call the hotel at (718) 672 6600 to schedule your shuttle pick up back to the hotel.

Upon your departure and your exit please ensure you have your parking ticket along with your SpotHero Reservation Number.

WHEN EXITING: You must insert your parking ticket and then scan your SpotHero barcode at the exit terminal.
If you are over on your date of return you must pay the difference on the rates available for that day. 

Double Tree by Hilton New York LaGuardia Airport - Uncovered Self Park

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Please visit the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel lobby once you have arrived. You must check in with the front desk before parking. Show the front desk associate your SpotHero parking pass. The front desk associate will hand you a ticket and direct you where to park your vehicle. Place the ticket in your dashboard. 

After parking, customers can board the shuttle to LGA outside their sister Hotel Lobby, Hampton Inn.

After arriving back, retrieve luggage and contact hotel (718) 672 6600, Option 1, to schedule shuttle service back to hotel!

Once you've returned, please proceed to lobby with parking ticket so that front desk can validate. Once validated leave when you're ready to go!

Double Tree by Hilton New York LaGuardia Airport - Covered Self Park

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Make sure your license plate matches the one on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.

You may ONLY park in the designated personal spot.  Please reference photos.  

Do not re-enter your license plate number onsite. We've got you covered!

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

This location is monitored according to the license plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Show validation to front desk after parking.

Shuttle comes by every half hour. Show proof of parking purhchase.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
