Standard

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
 

When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival. For expedited checkout, text the ticket number issued by the valet and how soon you'll be at the garage to (917) 960-9840. You will receive a confirmation reply text when it has been received. Please text at least 30 minutes in advance.
 

If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now.
 

The valet will retrieve your car and you're free to go!

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

81 Washington St. - Garage

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The Attendant may scan your Parking Pass.

The valet attendant will hand you a ticket and park your vehicle.

When you are ready to leave, hand the ticket you received upon arrival to the attendant and they will retrieve your vehicle.

The valet attendant will determine if your vehicle is considered oversized.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!
