Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

740 Arch St. (801 Filbert St.) - Parkade on 8th Garage

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please note: there is an attendant on-site from 7 AM - 10 PM.  Reservations after 10 PM will be monitored by the license plate only. Make sure your license information matches the information in your SpotHero app.  

If you have an "early bird" reservation (starting before 9am), please park on the right hand side of the lot. If you reservation starts after 9am, please park on the left-hand side of the lot (next to the handicap spaces).

912 Arch St. - 9th and Arch Lot

Make sure that the liceense plate number shown on your pass is accuate. Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. If there is no attendant, this location will rely solely on your plate number for validation. 

Park as directed by the attendnant. Depending on occupancy, the location may become valet and attendant may ask for your keys. If there is no attendant, park in any space not marked 'Reserved'

1020 Cherry St. - Valet-Assist Lot
