Enter this location at 740 Arch St. This is the Parkade on 8th garage, operated by Philadelphia Parking Authority. It is located on the South/Left-hand side of Arch St. (a one-way street) between N 7th St. and N 9th St.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
