<p>After 5pm or all day on weekends, simply pull into the facility and park anywhere on the 4th floor that is not reserved.&nbsp;NOTE: You will NOT be able to access your vehicle outside of operating hours</p>

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

This location is monitored according to the license plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

813 SW Alder St. - Woodlark Hotel Valet

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.You will be handed a validated ticket.

You may park anywhere that does not say "reserved". 

When you are ready to leave, you will use the ticket given to you by the attendant at the time of entry. The gate will open and you're free to go!
M-F 6a-6p, parkers must show the attendant their reservation and receive a ticket for exit. Outside of these hours, parkers will need to use the call button, and confirm their reservation ID in order to exit the facility.
