Upon entering the Holiday Inn lot, follow the signs and park your car in the back of the hotel where it says airport parking. 

Once you are parked, go to www.parkingapproved.com and check in using your reservation details.&nbsp;After checking in, you will be prompted to call for a shuttle to the airport.

The hotel lobby staff cannot assist with parking or shuttle service.

Make sure your license plate matches the one in your reservation in order to avoid ticketing or towing. The lot is monitored by license plate.

Once you are ready to depart the terminal, please call 408-512-3153 for shuttle service.

Exit baggage claim and look for the courtesy/off-airport parking shuttle area. The shuttle will pick you up and take you back to your vehicle. The shuttle runs 24/7.

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Pull into the main drive and head into the lobby. Show your prepaid parking pass to the front desk, who will provide you with a ticket to be filled out with vehicle make, model and license plate number. Front desk will indicate where to park and will provide you with a validated pass; this MUST BE LEFT ON YOUR DASHBOARD while your vehicle is on property.

No shuttle service but we&rsquo;re 1.2 miles from the terminals! Please arrange your own transportation (taxi, rideshare, etc) to and from the airport.

Uptown Oasis SJC - Uncovered Self Park

Upon arrival, customers should park at the guest registration parking space.

Check-in with the front desk, and show staff your SpotHero parking pass. The Valet attendant will then retrieve your vehicle.

You may take the shuttle to the SJC airport. A complimentary shuttle service to SJC is available from this location 24/7. The shuttle leaves on-demand. To ensure fast availability, please call 408-858-5250.

When you arrive at the airport, please call 408-858-5250 to request a shuttle.

You may leave whenever you are ready to go.

Country Inn & Suites SJC - Uncovered Valet

Upon arrival, show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will give you a ticket and direct you to the shuttle pick-up area. You MUST have this ticket when retrieving your vehicle.

Board the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs 24/7. 

Upon your return to the airport, board the shuttle in the designated area back to the facility. 

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

Spring Park SJC - Outdoor Valet

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Spring Park SJC - Indoor Valet

Show your SpotHero reservation, either printed or mobile, to the attendant. You will receive instructions for valet parking.

Take the provided shuttle to the airport.

Exit baggage claim and look for the courtesy/off-airport parking shuttle area. The shuttle will take you back to your vehicle.

Simply drive to the exit booth to check out and leave when you're ready to go!
