If you are parking outside of valet hours, your reservation will be monitored by license plate.

During valet hours, show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. They will look to scan the QR code on your Parking Pass. 

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

65 Fresno St. - North Beach Parking Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
Depending on occupancy, this facility may become valet-assist. In that case, the attendant will take your keys and give you a ticket. 

Park where indicated by the attendant. If the location is valet when you park, keep the ticket that was given to you until you are ready to pick your vehicle up. 

Simply retrieve your vehicle and/or keys and leave when you're ready to go!

661 Broadway - Valet-Assist Garage

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
 
If there is no valet available, then this location is monitored by license plate. Please make sure that the plate number on your pass matches the number on your vehicle.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
 
If there is no valet available, you can park in any spot not marked "Reserved."

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.
If there no no valet, simply leave when you're ready to go!

470 Broadway - Valet-Assist Lot

If attendant is not present at the entrance gate, please pull a ticket. Please then find an attendant to show your SpotHero reservation and exchange the pulled ticket so that you can use your mobile pass to exit.

The attendant will direct you where to park. This is a valet-assist facility. Depending on occupancy, you may be asked to valet your vehicle and leave your keys with the attendant. 

138 Columbus Ave. - Garage

This location is monitored according to the licence plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow.
If there is an attendant on duty, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device.
