Do NOT pull a ticket. Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
You will NOT be able to scan in prior to the start of your reservation. 

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

33 8th St. (1188 Mission St) - Trinity Place Garage

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

701 Stevenson St (38 8th St) - Valet Lot

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

700 Stevenson St. - Hotel Whitcomb Valet

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The Attendant may scan your Parking Pass.

873 Bryant St. - Garage

If there is an attendant on duty, please show your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on your mobile device. If there is no attendant on duty, your reservation will be monitored by your license plate entered on SpotHero. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
