<p>Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. Please note:&nbsp;If you're parking outside of Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:30pm, the valet is no longer on duty and you will self park. The lot will be monitored by license plate, so please ensure the license plate on your SpotHero Parking Pass is correct.</p>

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

2355 Post St. - Valet Assist Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.  

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may only park in spot #1 (left side) -&gt; backing in to make more room for both vehicles. Your vehicle should not be parked over the line.
