Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You must park along the right side of the building. Please ensure you are along the hedge and in front of the airport parking signs.

Please Note, You can take either taxi or rideshare to your destination.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Once you have arrived at this facility, please visit the front desk and present your SpotHero parking pass to the front desk associate. 
 

The front desk associate will show you where to park your vehicle.
 

PLEASE NOTE: This lot is monitored by license plate ONLY. Please make sure your license plate matches the information in the SpotHero app.  
 

Once when you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 
 

Homewood Suites SJC - Uncovered Self Park

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover airport charges.

When you arrive at this location, please visit the hotel lobby and present your parking pass to the front desk staff.

You will be directed where to park.&nbsp;

Collect your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area.&nbsp;
Please note: The shuttle leaves the hotel every half hour, 24/7. You must contact the hotel directly in advance at 408-441-6111 to reserve a departure time and arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.

Upon your return to SJC, please contact the hotel at 408-441-6111 to request and reserve a shuttle ride back to the hotel.

Simply leave when you are ready to go!

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover additional garage operator costs.

A charge provided to the garage operator that includes all anticipated applicable taxes related to the provision of the garage operator's parking spot.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

After parking, head to the shuttle pick up area and board the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs 24/7. 

When you return back to the airport, please call (408) 858-5250 to request a shuttle back to your vehicle.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Spring Park SJC - Covered Self Park

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
Upon arrival, you must check in at the front gate with the valet attendant and provide your parking reservation details.

You may park on the garage rooftop. Failure to park on the roof may result in a ticket and/or tow.

The attendant will direct you toward the shuttle pick-up area.

When you arrive at the airport, please call (408) 858-5250 to request a shuttle back to your vehicle.
