Please call the hotel at (669) 342-0011 before you arrive to schedule your shuttle ride to SJC.

When you arrive at the hotel, note your license plate information and proceed to the front desk. Show the hotel front desk your parking reservation, receive a validation code, and register your vehicle via the QR code at the front desk. QR code registration includes license plate information, phone number, duration of stay, and validation code.

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. The shuttle runs on-demand from 5 am to 11 pm. Arrivals or departures outside of those times require the guest to secure their own taxi/rideshare to/from the airport.

When you arrive back at SJC, collect your belongings and call the hotel at (669) 342-0011 to request pick up.

Simply leave when you are ready to go!
