If you have scanner issues, please pull a ticket to enter the garage. After parking, continue to the garage office to receive a validated ticket to insert at the exit gate. 

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. If you have trouble getting your pass to scan, please press the intercom button to speak to an attendant, or go into the parking office.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You must have this ticket to exit.

Insert the ticket you received upon arrival.

601 E St. NW - Garage

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
