The garage door is secured at all times for security. Please scan the SIGN WITH A QR CODE at entry to open the garage door for vehicle and/or pedestrian access. You will be asked to register as a Metropolis Parking user with your phone number, email, and a valid credit card. This is a one-time registration that will not be necessary on future visits.

After the garage door opens, simply drive in. The license-plate-recognition cameras inside the garage validate and redeem your parking session. There is no need to scan your Spothero-provided QR code at any time. Proceed to park in G3. Parking in G1 and G2 is prohibited.

Pedestrians can exit on foot at the garage door by scanning the SIGN WITH A QR CODE to open it.

Pedestrians can also scan the SIGN WITH A QR CODE at the G3 elevator vestibule, which leads to the street-level lobby.

When exiting, drive slowly up to the garage door, and it will open automatically.
