The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Take the complimentary shuttle to the airport. The shuttle departs every 30 minutes from 5am - 12am daily. Enjoy the shuttle to the airport, and have a safe and happy flight!

When returning from your trip, catch the shuttle back to the hotel outside baggage claim at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, door 4.

Before returning to your car, show your SpotHero confirmation at the valet podium on the front drive. Your ticket will be validated to allow you to exit the garage.

Once validated, you're free to go!

When you arrive at the hotel, park in the self-park hotel garage by pulling a ticket to enter. Keep this ticket as you will need it to exit!

When returning from your trip, catch the shuttle back to the hotel outside baggage claim at Terminal A or Terminal B.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved" on level G2.&nbsp;

Gather your luggage and head to the shuttle pick up area. The shuttle will take you to the airport.

When you return to DCA, collect your luggage first and call 703-416-1600 to&nbsp;schedule a shuttle pickup.&nbsp;

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open and you're free to go!

Crowne Plaza Crystal City DCA  - Covered Self Park

Pull a ticket when you enter the facility.&nbsp;

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

You will then follow the signs towards the lobby to board the shuttle. If you have any questions, go to the front desk. PLEASE NOTE: The shuttle operates Monday to Sunday from 5 AM to 11 PM.

Upon your return to DCA follow the signs outside of Baggage Claim to the boarding area for the shuttle.&nbsp;

Visit the hotel&rsquo;s front desk prior to returning to the vehicle to present the entry ticket and SpotHero confirmation (digital or paper accepted) to obtain exit validation.

Simply leave when you're ready to go.&nbsp;

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Proceed UP the ramp and park in any Non-Reserved space on levels B through D.

Once parked, board the shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes daily from 4:30 am - Midnight.&nbsp;
The last shuttle departs the hotel at 11:30 PM 7 days a week.

Due to the construction at the airport, the shuttle will only do pick ups only at Terminal A, underneath the hotel shuttle sign or at departures, in front of American or Delta check in (upper level).&nbsp;

When leaving, scan your QR code at the B Level parking equipment and the gate will open and you will be on your way! (Please note: If you're having trouble scanning the reservation increase the brightness setting on your phone for optimum results.)&nbsp;

The gate will open and you're free to go!
