Enter this location on Whitehurst Freeway Northwest. Enter this location at 3000 K St NW. This is the entrance address for the Washington Harbor East Building garage, operated by Colonial Parking. It is located on the south side of K St NW between 30th St. NW and Thomas Jefferson St. NW. The entrance is marked by a vertical, white "Park" sign.
Do not take a ticket. Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
When exiting, use the left lane and scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
