Enter this location at 109 E 9th St. This is the 823 Congress lot, operated by Peak Parking. It is located on the right-hand side of E 9th St. (a one-way street) between Congress Ave. and Brazos St. The entrance is marked by a blue 'Park' sign.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
