Enter this location at 830 W 3rd St. This is the entrance address for the Elle West Ave. Garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the Northeast side of W 3rd St. between West Ave. and Bowie St.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
- Just drive in. Our cameras will recognize your license plate. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
