Enter at 113 28th Ave. N (Jed S lot, Metropolis). It's on the west side of 28th Ave. N, between Poston Ave. and West End Ave. (US-70S) — just off the Vanderbilt / West End corridor. Look for the Metropolis signage at the lot entrance.
