You will receive a ticket that you must keep throughout your stay. Your vehicle will be parked by an insured staff driver to the secure, outdoor parking facility.

Board the shuttle. Valet Connections offers a free shuttle service to the airport, running 24/7. Shuttles run every 15 mins. We recommend to arrive at Valet Connections no less than 15 mins from the time you plan to be at your terminal to ensure you don’t run into any problems.

Upon your return, gather your belongings and head to the pickup area for the shuttle, based on arrival terminal. The shuttle runs every 15 mins, 24/7.

Show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved. Simply leave when you're ready to go!
