Enter at 400 Charlotte Ave. — the Metro Transit garage, operated by Metropolis. Note: Charlotte Ave. is also known as Dr. M.L.K. Jr. Blvd. — some GPS apps use one name, some use the other, but they're the same street. The garage sits on the north side of Charlotte Ave., mid-block between 4th Ave. N and 5th Ave. N — in the downtown government district, walking distance to the Tennessee State Capitol, the Historic Metro Courthouse, and Public Square Park. Watch for the Metropolis signage at the garage entrance.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
- Just drive in. Our cameras will recognize your license plate. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
- Simply drive out when you’re ready to go!
