IMPORTANT: RESERVATION VALIDATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE PARKING TO AVOID CITATION. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE YOU ARE PROPERLY REGISTERED.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your desired arrival time at the airport and pull up in front of the hotel to check in. Please note your license plate information, as you'll need that for validation.

Head to the hotel lobby, and present your prepaid parking pass via text or email confirmation to the front desk. Once complete, you may proceed to the garage and park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Note: This lot has a height restriction of 6'8".

Return shuttle service departs from DCA's designated shuttle pickup areas every 30 minutes within shuttle hours. From Terminal 1, the shuttle picks up at Curbside 2. From Terminal 2, the shuttle picks up at Curbside 1 (Door #4 or Door #7).

Upon arrival to the hotel, you may go directly to your car and exit the garage. If your vehicle was not registered upon check in or you've extended your reservation, you will need to visit the front desk again before exiting for avoid duplicate charges.
