Pull a ticket when entering the self-park garage. You may park anywhere that doesn't say 'Reserved'. Please leave the ticket you pulled on you dashboard. The airport shuttle departs from the hotel lobby on the top of each hour and on the half of each hour (ex: 6:00am, 6:30am, 7:00am, etc.). Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to a shuttle departure to allow enough time to park your car.

The shuttle picks up from the airport a quarter after and quarter till of each hour (ex: 9:15am, 9:45am, 10:15am). The shuttle picks up at the ground transportation port, across from the baggage claim at terminal B.

Before returning to your vehicle, visit the valet booth to the left of the main entrance to receive a validated ticket by showing your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device, and the ticket you pulled when entering the lot.

Insert your validated ticket at the machine when exiting. The gate will open and you're free to go!
