Enter this location on East 36th Street. Enter this location at 106 E 36th St. This is the entrance address for the 35 Park Ave. 35 Park Avenue Garage LLC garage, operated by City Parking. It is located on the righthand side of 36th St. (a one-way street) between E 35th St. and E 37th St. The entrance is marked with a red 'Park' sign marked with white lettering.
