It is located on the SW side of Andem Pl. between Kent St. and Station St. The alleyway entrance is only accessible by taking a right off of Washington St. if you are heading North. There is a U-Turn one block up if you are heading South on Washington St. You may only park in one of two spots closest to the rear fire escape.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- You may ONLY park in spot #2 closest to the fire escape.
- Simply leave when you're ready to go!
