- After checking in at the front desk, please park in one of the designated parking spots marked with a pink ‘PF’ logo.
- Please note that our hotel shuttle is not wheelchair accessible as it is not equipped with a lift.
- Shuttle Animal Policy: To ensure a smooth and safe ride for everyone, we ask that all pets remain in a travel crate while on the shuttle. Naturally, certified service animals are welcome to ride by your side. Please note that for safety reasons, passengers traveling with pets must utilize a travel crate to board the shuttle.
- The shuttle service runs from 5:00 AM to 10:40 PM, 365 days a year, and runs on the hour and half hour (E.g, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, etc.). You must call ahead to schedule the shuttle. Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via email/text confirmation.

Enter this location at 7621 E Ben White Blvd. This is the La Quinta Inn & Suites Austin Airport Lot - Uncovered Self Park lot. It is located on the South side of E Ben White Blvd. between Caseybridge Ct. and East Riverside Dr. You can only access this location by traveling East on E Ben White Blvd. You may also enter this location at its other entrance on Metro Center Dr.
Park in any non-reserved space, then visit the front desk to show them your prepaid parking pass.
After checking in at the front desk, please park in one of the designated parking spots marked with a pink ‘PF’ logo.
You’ll be asked to provide vehicle details and contact information.
Once check-in is complete and your vehicle/belongings are secured, head to the front drive and call your taxi/rideshare to the airport.
Once you’re back at AUS, gather your belongings and reserve your taxi/rideshare back to the hotel.
Simply leave when you're ready to go!
