Enter this location at 221 1st Ave W. This is the entrance address for the GEM Plaza Garage, operated by AirGarage. It is located on the South side of W Thomas St. between 1st Ave. W and 2nd Ave. W.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
Show your pass to the AirGarage attendant on duty, either printed or on your mobile device, and they will assist with access to the Garage at this location. Staff will be available during Climate Pledge Event Days ONLY. AirGarage Staff will be on-site 2 hours before the start of any event.
Upon return, AirGarage Staff will be present up to 1 hour after the Event end time to assist if needed exiting Garage during Event Days. Please refer to "Things you should know" section in the Parking Pass if you have issues with exiting or returning to your vehicle.
