306 E South Water St. Entrance
The 306 South Water St. entrance is located on the north side of E. South Water St. between N. Michigan and the "Illinois Center" Tunnel. This will be the first garage you encounter on the north side of E. South Water St. while traveling east through the intersection of E. South Water St. and N Michigan Ave.
The garage entrance comes up quickly after you pass through the E South Water St./Michigan Ave intersection, so be prepared! You will see "Public Parking" above the garage entrance, just before the "Illinois Center" tunnel.
111 E Wacker Entrance
You may also enter this facility at 111 E Wacker Drive. The 111 E Wacker garage entrance is located on the south side of upper Wacker Dr., roughly 1/2 block east of the intersection of N. Michigan Ave and E. Wacker.
- Scan your QR Code at the entrance kiosk. Please Note: If the gate does not lift when you scan your QR code at the entrance, pull a ticket to enter the garage, and park anywhere that is not marked reserved. Before returning to your car, bring the ticket to the garage office, and show the attendant your parking pass. They will confirm your reservation, and validate your ticket, so you can use it to exit the garage, without paying.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- To exit, scan your QR Code at the exit kiosk.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
