- Due to ongoing Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program(TRIP) at DFW airport, drop-off/pick-up points may move. At pick-up, please follow the airport's signage to the courtesy van shuttle stops on the lower level. While we strive to maintain 5-7 min.
- If you park outside your reservation times, you will be charged for each additional day upon exit.
- Please have your QR code ready to scan when you arrive. This helps us get you parked and on your way in no time. Thank you!
- The Parking Spot reservations may be changed up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival time.

Enter this location at 4505 Plaza Drive. This is The Parking Spot North. It is located on the NE side of Plaza Dr. between Heathrow Dr. and O Hare Dr.
- No need to pull a ticket! Pull up to our facility entrance and scan your SpotHero QR code to open the gate.
- Once you have scanned your QR code, an attendant will ask you what terminal you are flying out of and direct you where to park.Ā Ā
- The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up directly at your vehicle to take you to the airport.
After your flight home, proceed to the lower level of your Terminal and The Parking Spot DFW PREMIUM & NORTH shuttle will meet you under the gray "Courtesy Van" sign on either end of the concourse (as of 3/4/19, both The Parking Spot PREMIUM and NORTH are accessible by the same fleet). The shuttle you are on will either stop at one more Terminal or head directly back to The Parking Spot. You'll do a brief drop-off at The Parking Spot PREMIUM (if any guests on the shuttle parked there), and then quickly head back to NORTH. If you land between 10 PM and 7 AM, please call us at (972) 915-3672 for pick-up. Upon return, please claim your luggage and follow the pick up instructions on the Locator Slip provided by your shuttle driver.
- The shuttle will bring you to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit.Ā Ā Ā
