- Please be mindful of your scheduled parking times. If you arrive early, or stay later than your SpotHero reservation time period, you will have to call for attendant assistance at the exit gate. You will not be able to scan out, and you will be charged for the additional time you have parked.

Enter this location at 16 W Grand Ave. This is the entrance address for the Grand Plaza Garage, operated by LAZ Parking. It is located on the North/Right-hand side of W Grand Ave. (a one-way street) between N State St. and N Dearborn St.
Please keep in mind that this is Grand Plaza parking, NOT Millennium Center parking.
Scan your QR Code at the bottom of the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader, locate the red dot and line it up with the middle of the QR code, and the gate will open. A couple attempts will be necessary
You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Please ensure you are driving all the way up to the top/8th floor if you are not finding an open space.
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
