Before heading to the garage, please ensure that your start and end times are sufficient for your stay, as both entry and exit must occur within your reserved timeframe. Also, confirm that you have received your SpotHero confirmation email and that it includes your QR code, which may be needed upon arrival.

Enter the garage at 1320 Fannin St. and proceed up the ramp to the entrance gate arms. To ensure a smooth parking experience, please have your reservation QR code available for scanning at entry and exit if the license plate reader is not functioning properly. 

You may park in any available space that is not marked “Reserved.” The garage consists of eight levels, and to access an upper level, take the first left-hand turn after driving up the entrance ramp.

When exiting the garage, the LPR cameras will again scan your license plate to allow for a seamless exit. If your plate is not recognized, insert the ticket you received at entry into the exit ticket reader. The system will process your ticket and return it. If you plan to return to the garage within your reservation period, please keep this ticket, as it will be needed for re-entry. Once processed, the exit gate arm will open. During daytime hours, exit routes lead to Polk St. or Fannin St.

If you return to park in the garage during your reservation period, approach the entry gate arm and allow the LPR cameras to scan your license plate. The gate should open automatically; if it does not, scan your entry ticket at the scanner located to the right of the ticket dispenser. Once scanned correctly, the gate arm will open. To exit again, follow the same process outlined in the Exiting section above.
