Enter this location at 425 Plume Ln. This is the entrance address for the 500 E Main St. garage, operated by City Parking. It is located on the North side of Plume Ln. between Commercial Pl. and the end of Plume Ln. Please stay parked on the first floor where you see V for visitor on the walls.
When you arrive to the parking deck, please be sure to stay in the Unreserved Section / Daily Parking. The Reserved section is for access card holders only.
Upon arrival, scan the pink sign in the deck to add your vehicle. Select the amount of time you will be parked (1 hour, 2 hours, etc.) and then select the option to “Add Promo”. You will enter the code and parking will reflect a zero dollar rate.
The promo code will appear in the Post-Purchase Instructions section.
