Enter this location at 2815 Little Rock Rd. This is the entrance address for the Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe lot, operated by PMC. It is located on the Southeast side of Little Rock Rd. between Scott Futrell Dr. and Queen City Dr. You can only access this location by traveling North on Little Rock Rd. The entrance is at the left.
You may also enter this location at its other entrance, 4143 Scott Futrell Dr.
Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. The shuttle to CLT runs every 30 mins from 4 am - 12 am. Please visit trackmyshuttle.com with the code "2731" to check the status of the shuttle bus.
The shuttle departs from Zone 1. Simply contact the hotel at (704) 394-6455 to request the shuttle back to the hotel.
